On Thursday May 26, 2022, Minister Benn and Permanent Secretary, Ms. Mae Tussaint Jr. Thomas visited the Anna Regina Fire Station.

Minister Benn inspected the appliances and had a talk with the Firefighters on duty, reiterating the importance of always being alert and ready in the event of any fire emergency. He noted that they should at all times execute their duties with professionalism and discipline.

“I want you to take ownership of your duties and by extension of your communities, family and country”, he stated.

A demonstration of the water tenders was also done.
