The Guyana Fire Service would like to congratulate our basketball team which defeated the Guyana Police Force yesterday afternoon with a score of 45-38, following which they went on to defeat the Guyana Prison Service today with a score of 37-29 in the Joint Services Male Basketball Championship.

The GFS team is headed by Station Officer Crawford and Cadet Officer Kerr; team members include Travis Devent, Cosmo Evans, Haslyn Hooper, Evans Johnson, Ruel Kendell, Sherlon Legall, Dauwin Lovell, Symeon Petrie, Ron Phillips, Joseph Prescott, Jermaine Reid, Kevon Sandy and Dwayne Waldron.
